Our Story

The original idea to start ALTZA Global Medical Tourism first came about when we, noticed that many of the guests making bookings at our popular hospitality businesses (including an events management company and self-catering guest cottage) had chosen to visit the country mainly to undergo a medical procedure.

This observation, combined with our experience in facilitating travel globally for corporate guests in the past, sparked an interesting idea – what if medical tourists like these could be given access to private medical care and holistic wellness resorts, have their accommodation and travel needs taken care of, and plan other tourist excursions, all through the same service provider. Our offices being strategically located in various major countries like UAE, India, Serbia to name a few would also give clients the added advantage of a dedicated team of staff on the ground to source and secure the best and newest options, and to provide assistance to clients at all times before, during, and after their procedures.

The convenience, cost-effectiveness, and all-inclusive nature of this arrangement would definitely take a lot of the stress and effort out of managing all the different aspects of their medical travels. The desire to offer these benefits and provide a boost to the local medical tourism market encouraged us to launch ALTZA Global’s Medical Tourism venture, and the company has gone from strength to strength ever since.
